Job Summary

To maximize room revenue for hotels in Arkansas, the full-time salaried Arkansas Licensed Revenue Management Director will develop sales strategies, manage inventory, and analyze market trends while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend sales strategies, room mix, and pricing to optimize revenue
• Manage the reservations system, forecasting, and reporting to ensure effective operations
• Analyze data and trends to create accurate forecasts and communicate staffing needs across departments

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple hotel properties
• Certification in revenue management systems for Marriott, Hilton, or IHG
• Minimum of 5 years of forecasting experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
