Arkansas Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Assisting with financial reporting and general accounting functions, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Staff Accountant will prepare, analyze, and review financial statements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and enterprise allocation methods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Perform general accounting functions, including journal entries, invoice coding, and account reconciliation
• Prepare supporting financial data and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; completion of Intermediate Accounting I & II required for Finance degrees
• Prior accounting experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
