Job Summary
Analyzing and reviewing financial statements, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Staff Accountant will ensure compliance with GAAP, prepare journal entries, and assist with financial reporting audits.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and review financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Perform advanced accounting functions, including journal entries, invoice coding, and account reconciliation
- Assist with financial reporting audits and provide coaching to less experienced accountants
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Finance degree must include Intermediate Accounting I & II
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of accounting experience or one (1) year with a Master's degree in a related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
