Job Summary
To support the GUIDE program focused on dementia care, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Supervising Provider will collaborate with clinical teams, review documentation, and ensure high-quality patient care in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a supervising physician for Nurse Practitioners, conducting chart reviews and virtual meetings as necessary
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation and provider attestations for the dementia care program
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards in a virtual care environment
Required Qualifications
- Dementia Proficient Provider with relevant patient panel experience or specialty in neurology, psychiatry, geriatrics, or related fields
- Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as an MD or DO
- Current MD or DO license in Arkansas and active Medicare Billing Provider enrollment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth tools
