Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Broker in Arkansas (Drew County).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing self-direction to prospective participants and their representatives
• Facilitate participant enrollment, orientation, and training in self-direction
• Monitor participant health and safety, and report any concerns to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, data entry, teaching, mentoring, or coaching
• Must reside in Arkansas and be within commutable distance to Drew County
• Experience with outcome-based expectations
• Ability to assist participants in managing their support services
