Job Summary

To support individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Support Broker will manage participant enrollment, provide training and support for self-direction, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while working remotely across Craighead County and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist participants with enrollment in self-direction and provide training on hiring and managing support workers
  • Monitor participant health and welfare, reporting any concerns to case managers and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Conduct outreach and education efforts to promote self-direction and explain the roles of participants and Public Partnerships
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, data entry, teaching, mentoring, or coaching
  • Must reside in the state of Arkansas
  • Experience with outcome-based expectations
  • Strong understanding of self-direction principles and the responsibilities of support brokers
