Job Summary

To support a national telehealth behavioral health network, an Arkansas Licensed Therapist will provide remote therapy services full-time while managing individual and group therapy sessions, behavioral health assessments, and treatment planning, with all administrative support handled by the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for various patient populations
  • Perform behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive care
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field
  • Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC) in Arkansas
  • Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy
  • Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
