Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, focusing on clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, while managing a consistent caseload
• Make independent treatment decisions and collaborate with an in-house referral network to enhance patient care
• Maintain clear documentation and adhere to defined goals within an evidence-based clinical approach

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort in making independent decisions in a fast-paced outpatient environment
