Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Residential & Commercial (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial title examinations, establishing the chain of title
• Search, abstract, and analyze public records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Resolve title issues and prepare, review, and revise title commitments and related documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-4+ years of direct title examination experience, including residential and commercial properties
• Demonstrated experience examining title in the state of Arkansas (required)
• State license(s), if required
