Job Summary

To support a healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality care, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Utilization Management Nurse will perform clinical reviews for inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring appropriate levels of care and medical necessity while working onsite in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical review of prior authorizations and medical services to assess appropriateness of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to promote quality and cost-effective care delivery
• Conduct comprehensive case reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in settings such as Medical-Surgical or ICU
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across teams
