Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and assessing clients' Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing records and evidence
• Support claim development from intake through resolution, ensuring complete and accurate case files
• Prepare demand packages and serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Arkansas
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while collaborating with a team
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures is a plus
