Arkansas Public Policy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program, the full-time remote Arkansas Public Policy Analyst will lead the design and development of performance measures, provide strategic advice to state stakeholders, and enhance healthcare delivery systems within Arkansas Medicaid.

Key responsibilities

• Shape PCMH program effectiveness measurements and incentive payment strategies in alignment with client goals
• Serve as a strategic advisor to state stakeholders on program direction and policy tradeoffs
• Research and recommend improvements based on national incentive methodologies and healthcare delivery operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or health policy analysis
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Public Health, or related discipline preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analytical expertise
• Experience interpreting healthcare public policy, preferably in Medicaid and Arkansas
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
