Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Arkansas State Tax Compliance Consultant for a fully remote, full-time, seasonal assignment focused on preparing corporate federal and multi-state income tax returns for a large, complex organization while managing large data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare state and local corporate income tax returns utilizing Excel workpapers and Corptax compliance software
• Update and reconcile fed-state adjustments between Excel models and Corptax forms to ensure consistency
• Prepare e-file packages, clear validation errors, and upload required attachments prior to e-filing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of state income tax experience
• Experience with large-company multi-state income tax compliance
• Strong proficiency in Corptax compliance software
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex data
• Big 4 background is a plus
