Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internet Tech Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and incident creation for broadband internet issues
- Create and update trouble tickets while navigating multiple systems
- Provide excellent customer service and implement feedback to meet performance objectives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of technical/telephony experience, or 5+ years of directly related telephony experience
- General knowledge of telecommunication products and services
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting customer issues
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, stressful environment
