Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internet Tech Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and incident creation for broadband internet issues
  • Create and update trouble tickets while navigating multiple systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and implement feedback to meet performance objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of technical/telephony experience, or 5+ years of directly related telephony experience
  • General knowledge of telecommunication products and services
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting customer issues
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, stressful environment
