Job Summary

To support a diverse workforce, the part-time opportunity for an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran will involve participating in outreach and recruitment efforts while ensuring compliance with veteran classification regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Engaging in outreach initiatives to promote veteran hiring and support programs
• Monitoring compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) regulations
• Assisting in the collection and analysis of data related to veteran recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Active duty service in the U.S. military with an Armed Forces Service Medal
• Understanding of veteran classification categories and related regulations
• Experience in outreach or recruitment initiatives
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contractors
• Ability to analyze and interpret data related to veteran hiring efforts
