Job Summary

To support diverse recruitment efforts, the organization is seeking an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran to assist in outreach initiatives, ensuring compliance with veteran recruitment regulations in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage outreach programs targeting veteran candidates
• Ensure compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) in recruitment practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance veteran engagement and support initiatives

Required qualifications

• Must be an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran
• Experience in recruitment or human resources, particularly focused on veteran outreach
• Knowledge of VEVRAA and related veteran employment regulations
• Strong understanding of military service and veteran affairs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
