Job Summary

To enhance outreach efforts, the full-time position seeks an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran to assist in recruitment initiatives and compliance with veteran regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment strategies targeting protected veterans
• Ensure compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA)
• Measure the effectiveness of outreach and recruitment programs

Required qualifications

• Active duty service in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service
• Experience with veteran recruitment and outreach initiatives
• Knowledge of VEVRAA compliance requirements
• Understanding of military operations and related awards
• Ability to analyze and report on recruitment effectiveness
