Job Summary

To support diversity and inclusion efforts, an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran will assist in outreach and recruitment initiatives as a part-time contractor, focusing on compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in measuring the effectiveness of outreach and recruitment efforts for protected veterans
• Support compliance with VEVRAA regulations and reporting requirements
• Engage with veteran communities to promote available opportunities and resources

Required qualifications

• Must be an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran
• Understanding of VEVRAA and related veteran outreach initiatives
• Experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
• Knowledge of military service classifications and veteran benefits
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
