Job Summary

To support inclusive hiring practices, the organization seeks an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran to assist in outreach and recruitment efforts for veteran categories in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in measuring the effectiveness of outreach and recruitment efforts for protected veteran categories
• Support compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote veteran inclusion initiatives

Required qualifications

• Must be an Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran
• Familiarity with VEVRAA and related regulations
• Experience in outreach or recruitment efforts
• Knowledge of veteran classification categories
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
