Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information
• Perform clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Desktop/Laptop with i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
• Webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and 30mbps internet speed or above
• Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
