Army Business Development Manager

Job Summary

To support government contracting growth, the remote Army Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and capture Army opportunities while driving pipeline development and leading executive-level reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for Army opportunities from early pursuit through award
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across Army programs, installations, and leadership
• Drive pipeline development and present at executive-level gate and pipeline reviews

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Army service and/or GovCon business development/capture roles
• Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
• Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
