Army Mission Director
Job Summary
Managing program operations remotely, the full-time Army Mission Director will ensure customer retention and satisfaction, drive product adoption within the NextGen C2 ecosystem, and identify account expansion opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor to Army mission partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Army mission partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment with mission outcomes
- Facilitate onboarding and promote adoption of products tailored to the NGC2 architecture, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and collaborate with the Army Account Executive for cross-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the NextGen C2 (NGC2) initiative and related technologies
- Experience in customer relationship management within the defense sector
- Proven track record in driving product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement
- Strong understanding of federal contracting and account expansion strategies
