Job Summary

ARRT Licensed Clinical Consultant, this full-time remote position involves assessing customer needs, providing solutions to complex problems, and serving as a resource for colleagues while working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Address moderately complex and unstructured issues, interpreting customer needs and identifying solutions
• Provide guidance, coaching, and clear explanations on difficult topics to less experienced colleagues
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize tasks and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in clinical medical imaging, including patient care/handling
• ARRT credentials
• Advanced knowledge of imaging department workflows
• Experience as a Radiology PACS administrator is advantageous
• Working knowledge of Change Healthcare Radiology System and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence
