ARRT Licensed Clinical Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time ARRT Licensed Clinical Consultant will assess customer needs, provide solutions to moderately complex issues, and serve as a resource for colleagues while applying strategic thinking to enhance operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision, addressing moderately complex and unstructured issues
• Interpret customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard problems while coaching and guiding others
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize tasks and enhance processes in a patient-centric manner

Required qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in clinical medical imaging, including patient care/handling
• ARRT credentials
• Advanced knowledge of imaging department workflows
• Experience as a Radiology PACS administrator is advantageous
