Job Summary
Leading brand creative across a portfolio of wellness brands, the full-time Art Director will enhance websites and visual identity systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and modernize creative workflows through AI-enabled systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee brand visual identity systems and ensure consistency across customer experiences
- Direct visual design and storytelling for brand websites, email, and packaging
- Improve creative production systems and workflows to enhance design throughput and quality
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within DTC consumer brands or high-growth ecommerce companies
- Proven expertise in modern ecommerce design and customer psychology
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand design and creative judgment
- Experience in developing and implementing creative systems and workflows
- Fluency in AI tools and ability to design AI-enabled workflows for creative processes
