Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in art direction or design within an agency, branding studio, or startup
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft and high-volume asset execution
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of design systems
• Experience art directing photo and video shoots
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building scalable frameworks for team efficiency
