Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Director Supervising Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative initiatives for a large portfolio of events and tradeshows, shaping innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that align with business objectives
• Mentor teams and lead ideation sessions to create award-winning creative work while managing multiple event deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience as an Art Director
• Eight-plus years of event-related art direction and design experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of event and creative industry practices, digital trends, and technology
• Advanced creative conceptual thinking and design skills, with the ability to critique colleagues' concepts
• Experience leading creative project teams and mentoring creatives in a fast-paced environment
