Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation sessions and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to create cohesive visual content
• Influence the development of creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that align with business objectives
• Manage multiple event deliverables simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution and providing constructive feedback

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of event-related art direction and design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in prototyping tools and Microsoft applications
• Proven ability to lead creative ideation and provide high-level constructive critiques
• Demonstrated success in coaching creatives in a virtual environment
