Art Director

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic footwear e-commerce team, the contract Art Director will oversee creative projects for the website and digital advertising campaigns while coordinating project timelines and leading the development of engaging site content, working remotely with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee creative projects for the website and digital advertising campaigns, including email and display ads
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
• Direct graphic designers, site merchandisers, and photographers, reviewing and refining visuals and concepts before launch

Required qualifications:

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in design and creative management
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, HTML, and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate creative solutions and provide clear guidance
• Skilled at guiding creative teams without micromanagement
• High-level typographic talents
