Job Summary
Seeking a remote, hands-on Art Director to lead a brand refresh by developing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals and enhance brand identity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute digital, offline, and integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with copywriters and team members to present ideas clearly and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize design elements and strategies for better results
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as an art director in internal and/or external agency settings
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative/marketing design and art direction skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with generative AI tools
- Experience across various channels, including email, social media, and print
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
