Job Summary
Leading brand creative across a portfolio, the full-time Art Director will enhance websites and visual identity systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and modernize creative workflows through AI-enabled systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity systems for consistency across customer experiences
- Provide creative direction for websites, email, and packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand identity
- Optimize creative production systems and implement AI workflows to enhance design throughput and quality
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in creative leadership roles within DTC consumer brands or high-growth ecommerce companies
- Strong understanding of modern ecommerce design and customer psychology
- Proven hands-on creative leadership with a portfolio demonstrating premium brand aesthetics
- Experience in building or improving creative organizational systems and workflows
- Fluency in AI tools and the ability to design AI-enabled workflows for creative processes
