Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare marketing team, the full-time Art Director will design and develop resources across multiple accounts and platforms, collaborating closely with creative leadership while working remotely or from the NYC office.

Key responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design materials based on strategic plans, ensuring adherence to project timelines
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Review and critique the work of junior designers, providing guidance and maintaining creative standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising or graphic design; experience in pharma is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative department environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms
  • Excellent presentation skills and extensive client contact experience
