Job Summary
Leading visual direction for client campaigns, the full-time Art Director will independently manage creative projects from concept to execution while collaborating closely with writers, designers, and media teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the visual development of campaigns, ensuring strategic soundness and high creative standards
- Develop campaign concepts and visual systems, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
- Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients, refining ideas through feedback while keeping the original vision intact
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of art direction experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing setting
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work from brand storytelling to performance creative
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of performance creative principles, including testing and optimization
- Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process
