Art Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting the Creative Director, the full-time Art Supervisor will oversee creative presentation, maintain high standards for digital and print materials, and ensure quality control of artistic outputs while managing a team in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish credibility with clients through clear communication and advanced thinking
• Monitor and ensure the quality of finished mechanical/digital art and conceptual materials
• Provide direction and guidance to department staff while advising the Creative Director on departmental affairs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical education or pharmaceutical advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe applications (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma and AI tools
• Excellent supervisory and management skills with strong organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow and manage competing deadlines
• Strong presentation and communication skills
