Job Summary

Leading a creative team, the full-time Art Supervisor (Pharma) will manage concept and design development for various projects, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee art direction and elevate design quality across projects, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and advancing creative output

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art supervision or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign for digital and print design
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear visual representations
• Experience leading projects across various channels and complexities, ensuring adherence to brand standards
