Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on automating customer experience operations, the full-time Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist will manage the development of AI systems that streamline workflows, enhance operational visibility, and provide data insights, working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Automate repetitive operational workflows and deploy standardized automations across Slack and Salesforce
• Identify and flag potential operational issues, ensuring bots operate as intended and providing leaders with self-serve data access
• Collaborate with the data team to maintain trustworthy AI outputs and productize successful automation solutions for scalability

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or customer experience/support tools
• Background in data modeling or analytics, including tools like dbt or Redshift
• Ability to build user-friendly tools for non-technical end users
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and system accuracy measurement
• Proven experience in developing AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment
