Artificial Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI-powered solutions, a full-time Artificial Intelligence Developer will design and deliver intelligent agents, automated workflows, and embedded experiences within the internal platform, working remotely with cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement task-oriented and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Build and optimize end-to-end automations with Power Automate and AI Builder to streamline internal operations
• Embed AI capabilities into user journeys within the platform, ensuring usability and performance of member interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience building AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft's cloud and Power Platform
• 2+ years of experience developing production automations with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, C#/.NET, or TypeScript
