Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, ensuring quality through rigorous evaluations and integrations with existing systems, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality standards are met
- Integrate with existing systems and data sources while collaborating with business users for rapid iteration
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, along with API craftsmanship and prompt engineering skills
- Experience in writing evaluations for LLM systems as a critical part of the development process
- Ability to deliver projects quickly while adhering to established guardrails
- Desirable experience in retrieval/IR, healthcare data handling, or cost-optimization
