Job Summary

Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and workflows, the full-time Artificial Intelligence Manager will support tax, audit, attest, and accounting operations for a remote public accounting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to enhance operations across tax, audit, attest, and accounting functions
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into effective AI-driven solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Accounting and Finance industry
• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI agents and workflows
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications
• Experience integrating AI with internal systems such as HR and IT help desk
