Artist Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Talent Scout & Artist Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review audio submissions from vocalist applicants and assess for recording quality and vocal fit
• Rank and prioritize candidates based on audio quality, genre alignment, and strategic demand
• Schedule and conduct video interviews to evaluate applicant suitability and explain the licensing model

Required Qualifications

• Strong musical ear with the ability to evaluate vocal quality and genre fit
• Familiarity with a broad range of music genres and cultural styles
• Experience in talent acquisition, A&R, casting, or a similar role involving creative evaluation
• Comfortable working independently and remotely; ability to manage scheduling and follow-ups
• Based in or familiar with the Los Angeles music scene is a plus
