ARX Performance Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Auto Repair Xpress (ARX) network, the full-time remote ARX Performance Specialist will conduct performance reviews, monitor repair facility metrics, and collaborate with partners to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of ARX repair facilities
- Monitor and evaluate repair facility performance using established metrics and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with performance management or operational reviews is a plus
