Job Summary
A company is looking for an IBM iSeries Software Engineer (AS/400).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the business to develop well-designed solutions that meet business needs
- Designs, develops, and implements software applications of high complexity
- Mentors and helps direct junior and intermediate Software Engineers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong knowledge of the AS400 or iSeries system
- Experience with AS400 COBOL, RPG, ILE, and SQL
- Prior experience with Version Control and Relational Database Systems preferred
