Job Summary

Asana Automation Specialist, a contract-based position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing workflow automation within Asana and related business systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Asana workspaces, projects, and custom fields while standardizing project management processes
• Design and implement automation rules and cross-platform integrations to enhance workflow efficiency
• Analyze operational workflows for improvement opportunities and develop reporting structures to enhance visibility and tracking

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and automating Asana
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, and Make
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process design
• Experience configuring custom fields, forms, rules, and dashboards within Asana
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
