Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster III to join their Asbestos Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex asbestos accounts and oversee timely claim management
• Develop account strategies and manage mass tort litigation while evaluating asbestos cases
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools for claim analysis and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos claim handling or defense with increasing responsibility
• Strong technical background in coverage issue identification and policy interpretation
• In-depth knowledge of liability policy language and ability to guide defense counsel
• College degree required; J.D. preferred
• State licenses where required, with occasional national travel on short notice
