ASE Certified Automotive Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to provide maintenance and repair guidance for clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing
• Support Fleet Management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications)
• Must live in Jacksonville, FL or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
