ASE Certified Automotive Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible schedule, the part-time ASE Certified Automotive Advisor will manage vehicle repair requests, ensure vendor compliance with pricing, and handle repair disputes while maintaining adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure vendors perform repairs at agreed pricing and validate parts pricing and labor times
• Handle phone calls and communications related to vehicle repairs and extensive downtime
• Review vehicle repair requests and drive down vendor cycle time to minimize out-of-service days

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
• Minimum of four ASE certifications related to job scope
• Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
• Experience with labor guides and fleet operations preferred
