Job Summary

A company is looking for a Star Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, documenting contacts in Cherwell
• Provide diagnostic direction to dealer technicians and follow up on cases until resolution is achieved
• Communicate product issues and submit resolutions through defined service reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call taking area
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine
• Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
