ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners
• Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing and assess warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders
• Field calls from drivers to evaluate specific needs and suggest proper service locations for clients

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Boise, ID or surrounding counties
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required
• Two (2) years automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
