ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on automotive repair orders submitted by external partners
• Review proposals to ensure proper maintenance services are performed according to recommendations
• Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to create solutions and gain approval for recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have six months of customer service experience
• Must have two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
