Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and recommend maintenance and repair procedures for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Support clients and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs
- Field calls to provide timely advice on repair orders and suggest cost-effective service locations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications in specified categories
- Must reside in Orlando, FL or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
